Private, confidential phone appointments are available throughout British Columbia. You simply need a quiet location where you feel comfortable speaking openly.
ICBC Recovery Network
Support is available for eligible clients recovering after a motor vehicle accident.
Session fees
- 45-minute counselling session: $165
- One fee applies to in-person and telephone appointments, including both initial and subsequent sessions.
- A complimentary 20-minute phone meet-and-greet is also available.
- Most extended health plans provide coverage for Registered Clinical Counsellors. Please check your individual plan for details.

Lisa offers a complimentary, no-obligation 20-minute phone meet-and-greet. It is a chance to ask questions, share what brings you to counselling, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
Cancellation policy
Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged the full session fee.
